My name is Abdulrahman Al-Sanea

Short Bio:

Abdulrahman Al-Sanea is a PhD candidate at TU Delft, working on the design and fabrication of 3D random bone micro-architecture scaffolds and their role in bone fracture. He joined the research group of Biomaterials and Tissue Biomechanics under the supervision of Prof. Amir Zadpoor and Dr. Mohammad Mirzaali in September 2024. Abdulrahman earned his Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology in 2017. He holds two master’s degrees in biomedical engineering: one from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology in Sudan, in 2022, and another from Kocaeli University in Turkey, in 2023. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, meeting new people, and exploring different cultures.

Expectations about GAP:

I am passionate and optimistic about the GAP project and expect it to lead to pioneering research, innovative solutions, and promising findings that significantly contribute to osteoporosis and bone health.
